{"id":998,"date":"2024-08-12T20:25:56","date_gmt":"2024-08-12T17:25:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/warlamis.gr\/?p=998"},"modified":"2024-08-12T20:26:07","modified_gmt":"2024-08-12T17:26:07","slug":"presentation-of-the-warlamis-art-work-at-the-papagianni-museum-in-epirus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/warlamis.gr\/en\/2024\/08\/12\/presentation-of-the-warlamis-art-work-at-the-papagianni-museum-in-epirus\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTATION OF THE WARLAMIS ART WORK AT THE PAPAGIANNI MUSEUM IN EPIRUS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following an invitation from the PAPAGIANNIS MUSEUM in Elliniko of Ioannina and the Zografio School of Hellenic-Austrian Education, the Vergina Experimental Workshop presented the overall work of Makis Warlamis in the context of the 14th Sculpture Symposium.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation included a video presentation of the Warlamis Museum in Austria, a speech by Pavlos Trochopoulos (member of the Vergina Experimental Workshop) on the topic: MAKIS WARLAMIS, THE OVERALL WORK OF THE GREEK OF THE DIASPORA AND HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH EPIRUS, while finally an excerpt was read from the short story of Warlamis, &#8220;On the Road to Metsovo&#8221; by the Epirus poetess, Panagiota Partheniou.<\/p>\n<p>On the same day, original Warlamis paintings from the &#8220;ALEXANDROS 2000&#8221; and &#8220;THE MOUNTAINS OF MY HOMELAND&#8221; collections were presented, while the artist&#8217;s editions were also presented.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation took place in the broader context of the Papagiannis Museum&#8217;s collaboration with the Warlamis Art Museum in Austria.
